This policy applies to use of the Badstuegruppen website and contact solutions. It does not apply to third-party websites you may be directed to, such as:

  • Vestfjord Sauna (vestfjordsauna.no) for booking and membership.
  • Heatbooking (heatbooking.com) for the booking platform and operator services.
  • Vestfjord Rituals (vestfjordsauna.shop) for the online shop.
  • The investment platform invest.badstuegruppen.no for share offerings and investment.

3.What data we collect

We only collect data that is necessary for the purposes below. Typical categories include:

  • Handling investor-related and press enquiries (legitimate interest / contract, depending on context).
  • Sending newsletters and marketing where you have consented, with easy unsubscribe (consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • Operating, securing and improving the website, including anonymised or aggregated statistics (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

5.Storage and deletion

We do not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

  • Contact form enquiries are normally deleted or anonymised within 12 months if they do not lead to further dialogue or an agreement.
  • Agreement, correspondence and accounting data is stored in accordance with the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act, typically for 5 years after the end of the financial year.
  • Technical logs and analytics data are stored for shorter periods depending on the tool and security requirements.

6.Sharing and data processors

We do not sell personal data. We share data with trusted suppliers that process data on our behalf, including:

  • Email provider (Resend) for sending and receiving enquiries.
